to me about Lady is how pop and rap music is FULL of songs about sex. but a (darker skinned) black girl comes out and is unashamed about how much she likes to fuck (sexual prowess) and all of a sudden, everything she says is worthless. she’s ghetto, she’s a “hoodrat” and black people all over are revving up for the “we’ve got to do better” statements.

it’s sort of amazing to me. because beyonce can sing about shaking her jelly and nobody says shit. katy perry sings about fucking and how it feels like a teenage dream and shoots. whipped. cream. out. of. her. tits. and nobody has a word to say. lady gaga is on video in nude outfits letting a sweaty guy hump on her while she’s dressed like a mermaid and you can hear a fucking pin drop. rappers, since the dawn of time, have been talking about hoes, hoolie hoos, skip skaps, and scalleywags and we BUMP the fuck out of that shit in clubs, cars, and our homes.

but a woman stands up and says “i can’t even lie, i fuck better when i’m drankin, ride dick like a pro, throw the pussy like i’m famous” and has some strippers in her video and all of a sudden, we’re all puritanical.

it’s hilarious. and when i say “hilarious” i mean “something that makes me wonder what the fuck is wrong with people.”
